So, WHOA!
It’s been over a month since I last updated. Lazy bum.
What’s been keeping me? Mostly essays, dinner parties and other fun stuff 😛

Have I done anything special?
Nope, not really. I’ve basically just hung around, listening to music and getting more in-depth with my YouTube-obsession. OH! And I’ve downloaded fun I-can-now-pretend-to-make-music software! How awesome is that? 😀 Haha!

What inspired me? Actually, a few things. First of all: I’ve always had this secret little dream of becoming a DJ – not ever going to happen, but you know. Factor. Secondly, I have this YouTube-obsession/addiction, which makes me compulsively watching videos from different YouTube contributors. The YouTube community is very widespread, but as I have discovered, you’ll find a few of them “bundled” together, and I’ve been paying much attention to one specific… eh… circle? Yeah, anyways, they’re all fairly well known, but here goes:

LittleRadge, (Liam Dryden) the David Tennant look-a-like I’ve mentioned a GAZILLION times before (why it never struck me to mention the others, I don’t really know.)
Nerimon, (Alex Day) who I didn’t really care too much about, I was just subscribed to him, until quite recently, when he mentioned some random, highly interesting facts, and now I’m more interested.
Hexachordal,  (Tom Milsom) the cutest, quirkiest of them, with his charming smile and amusing/comforting songs which never fails to make me smile. Oh, and he has BLUE HAIR! Love<3
Eddplant, (Ed something-I-don’t-even-know-if-I’ve-ever-known) the amazing musician with a voice that impress me a little more than the others, and with albumtitles which are long and funny 🙂
Charlieissocoollike, (Charlie McDonnell) the most famous of them all, seeing as he is England’s most subscribed of all time or something, and he’s got a heck of a lot of subscribers! He is also talented! (I suppose that explains the subscribers.)

In any case, these are the ‘main’ people I follow on YouTube (I actually follow 25 people in total, but you get my drift), and it is intriguing. Beside their fun skits and meaningful everyday-life talks, they’re all packed with talent. Which sort of annoys me, as I still haven’t found what I am good at. But in any case, I will highly recommend that you check these people out, because they are amazingly talented and funny. And all of them have musical talent! Which leads me to the next part: iTunes!

I will have to admit, since insomnia has struck me, I’ve gone a bit crazy in the music-buying-apartment. Goodbye budget! But the thing is: the internet is so filled with talented people! All but littleradge has released their own albums and EPs, which I want you to check out. And by ‘check out’ I mean BUY GODDAMMIT!  🙂
Also, we have Sons of Admirals, which consists of Charlie McDonnell, Alex Day, Tom Milsom and… Ed. Eddplant. Whatever. What’s his last name again? Anybody? No? Okay. Ed, then. Anywho, they’ve got a single/EP out, and I want you to buy it. iTunes: two songs. Well, three, but two really.

I’m seriously going crazy over this song. My flat mates will be driven MAD by my repeated singing/playing xP

And for the more geeky of us, Liam Dryden, Charlie McDonnell, Alex Day and some other YouTuber called Chris (and I can’t be bothered to look up a last name) has formed a band called Chameleon Circuit. Get the reference? No? DOCTOR WHO, PEOPLE! Oh… I didn’t mention I’m a fan of the Doctor? Who-ps! (Ahaha, I kill me!) Well, I am. Not as hardcore as these guys, but I am SO VERY MUCH A FAN! ❤ And after christmas I will hopefully have enough money to buy the rest of the seasons I lack 😀 Hah! Anywho, I was talking about Chameleon Circuit, who I love and adore for inventing Trock ^^ I’ve already updated you guys on Wrock, so this one should be easy. If you’re a Doctor Who fan, or even just a geek in general, Chameleon Circuit is a must-have; GO FOR IT!

I also want to mention that Kaleb Nation, iJustine and Dave Days are also thoroughly followed by me 😉

Other songs I can’t stop hearing in my head:

I even got a few friends hooked. Been getting angry “thanks a fucking bunch for that, L A!” texts the last few days. Love it ❤

GIRL POWER:

Finally, a few sexy songs:

Last one takes almost 30 seconds before starts. In case you didn’t know.

Whoa! So many songs! I don’t think I’ve ever posted this many videos. Ever. xD
At least it makes up for the lack of pictures.

Oh! I have also spent a lot of my time watching “Misfits” from Channel 4 online, and I have to admit. It’s fucking brilliant! And, as always, the dorky outsider is the one that catches my eye first, which in this case would be Simon (“Barry”). Yup, I even googled him. Me, the one who limits herself to only googling birthdays if I have to google them, now follows Iwan Rheon on Twitter. Iwan Rheon being the actor behind the character “Simon”. Did you know he could sing? He can! And he’s good! Bloody, fucking bastard. It’s because of people like him, stealing all the talent, that people like me can’t do anything xD And how do you pronounce his name anyway? In any case, his music is also available for download on iTunes. *encourages*

(I’ve tried not to laugh at this. I can’t.)

(Oh, and the reason I deliberately made sure you would understand that I don’t really care for that Chris guy from Chameleon Circuit is that he has been involved in drugs. I hate being narrow-minded, but when it comes to drugs, I just can’t help it. Pretty much the only label I associate with something horrible. Drug addict. Anything from Marijuana and “up” is more than enough for me to dislike a person. Personally, I hardly even take painkillers. Unless I’ve got a migraine. I’m careful, not stupid.)

Now, be a good boy/girl and run over to iTunes and buy loads of  music!

Looking forward to Christmas!

I am contemplating becoming a vlogger, something I believe I have previously mentioned.
I DO think it is fun to record different scenes and editing really isn’t too bad. Except from, you know… the cost of the software :p I downloaded a trial of Corel VideoStudio Pro X3, and it made me realize two things:
1) there is no way I can settle for anything LESS than Adobe Premier Pro (C3/C4)
and
2) making shorts with the only purpose of posting them on Youtube is sort of fun 🙂

Anyone remembering me mentioning this from earlier? xD

Oh well. Now, I’ve been offered conditional offers at 4 out of 5 schools, and the last one has yet to reply.

Lancaster
–  Sounds like a really nice school, but they’re bad at giving out information. My grades are good enough to be accepted at this school, but it’s sort of… pricy. I have yet to search out all the information the internet can provide me with, so I’m still not sure whether this will be a “yes I think so” or “nah, not so sure” school.
Essex
–  Really excellent when it comes to the information bit; both in the mail, and on the internet. The only hindrance in my understanding of their offer, school and various other information, is my own lack of knowledge and understanding of terminology. I should probably have done some more research before applying. xP Campus looks great, school seems awesome, love their courses and offers, the way they genuinely strive for making things the most convenient for the students and it’s not too expensive. I did some basic math, and it seems I could actually afford going here, without loaning too much from the bank. But we’ll see.
York
–  The first school to receive my application, reply to it, give me information and accepting me. But the information they’ve been giving me is only half-hearted. Is almost as if they’re trying to say “Yeah, we’ve got room for you and all, and we’d REALLY like you over here, since you’d be studying abroad. But just don’t get your hopes up. You won’t be fully accepted here.” Driving me bitching crazy! …because I’m actually a tad bit curious about this Uni, and the area it’s located in. Yet, it really doesn’t matter; I am quite certain my grades are not good enough.
Swansea
–  Now, this was initially going to be my first choise, since two of my friends from the school I’ve been attending for the last three years have been accepted there. And this is also why I ran in to my mothers room at 3 in the morning +1 GMT, jumping up and down on her bed singing “I might have a chance there, I might have a chance there!”. Of course, this is a good school, so they would really like to see good grades. I am sorry to inform you that I simply cannot do that. Unless they want to see my friends results. Honestly, I feel a bit disappointed though. I think it might be a bit easier for me to have someone I already know somewhere around me, but not having to be with them ALL. THE. TIME. I am really anxious about the whole “moving-to-the-UK-and-go-study-with-new-people”-thing, and I am deadly afraid of once again becoming the outcast I have been over here. Knowing SOMEBODY, even if they don’t like me so well, would calm me a little. The ones I know who has been accepted there doesn’t seem to _hate_ me, and conversations with them is easy. You know, common grounds and all that. Which would be strengthened in the UK. But shit happens, and I’ll always manage to go by with 2-4 more years of being the one people never recognize as another fellow human being. =^___^=
…and no. The information they have provided me is not really enough for me to even want to apply to their school. xD

The last school I applied to, was Stirling. They were the second school to receive my application, and yet: no reply. Probably not a good sign, eh? xD Oh well. Now, I have ALWAYS been fascinated by Scotland, and my interest in this school is fairly high. (AND, I do believe the famous David Tennant look-a-like vlogger Liam Dryden a.k.á. Littleradge is from around the area. Or study there. Or HAVE studied there.) At any rate, this school is supposed to be good, and they started off with light, necessary information. But unfortunately, it all stopped here. We’ll just have to see what the Internet can tell, me, then! 😀

And thank you so much to Mari from AtP for all her help!

Oh, and someone just made my day.
I received a text from an old friend, explaining that he only tried to get a hold of me last night so that he could tell me he’s soon going to be single again. This sort of gave me the distinctive feeling that this certain someone has missed me a bit xD haha ^^

Oh well, I explained to him that he is late with this information. I’ll soon be moving anyway. (And I don’t need old baggage in my closet.)
…maybe I should tell him that since the last time we met, I’ve gotten fat, blonde(!!) and developed an interest in social outcast that kill? xD Hahaha, oh, am I not hilarious? *dies* xD

Music:
Try out both Ke$has album “Animal” and 3OH!3s album “Streets of Gold”.
Actually lot’s of good summertunes there. 😀

So, I’ve been giving this song some heavy debating in my mind since they released the album, but I still can’t figure it out.
Could it be, that it is actually about what I think it is about?
I’ve been coming at it from so many different angles, but it doesn’t seem to fit any other conclusion.

What is “Down on you” about?
Sex?

Give me your thoughts!

I’ll post an update about my trip to England soon.
L A ❤

Alright, so today (well, technically, yesterday) was epic!

Started off with a lazy morning, before going shopping with the mother. There were really not much I liked (or that fitted! Haha! I should most definately lose weight again!), but I ended up with some things:

My new clothes

My new clothes

And the singlet is soooo cute on! I will have to post a picture later 😀
But after shopping for clothes, we went to the food store and I found this:

Jack Link's Beef Jerky

Jack Link's Beef Jerky

Beef Jerkey! o_O :O
I know we’ve had it here in Norway for a while but really, I haven’t tried it or seen it. It’s sort of counted as something a little more… Traditional American. But I had to try it anyway, and it’s actually quite good! Though my mother and my friend didn’t think so, I’ll be buying much more of this from now on.

When we were done with the shopping, I picked up my friend, and her and I went to get my little friend here:

And ZOMG LUUK WUTZ IEN IETZ!

MY MOVIES!

MY MOVIES!

FINALLY! THEY’RE HERE! 😀 *happydance*

And hey! I’ve been debating whether I should star vloging too, or if I should just stick to this.
Any thoughts?

Oh, and THANK YOU so much for reading my blog! I know it’s just recently started, but you guys have been amazing already. So many of you read this! Awesome! I just wish you would comment too, but I guess I’m not THAT interesting yet. Still working on that one 😉

And the final giggles y’all, my last buy:

Spidermask!

There are a lot of different choices and decisions you have to make when you turn 18. One of them being; what happens next? I’ve been pondering upon this question a lot the last couple of days, and I’ve decided that it will be one of these:

1. I move to England
– And I start working there, probably for a year or so. Maybe as a studentguide through travelling companies like EF or STS.

2. I apply for MUA at NISS
– NISS is a Norwegian school(College-like) which offers a one year education to make you a make-up artist. This IS something I have been interested in for a while.

3. I apply for the Acting class at NISS
– I AM interested in acting, but the classes includes dancing. Which could be a problem.

If I choose the second option, I think I might attend one or two of the acting courses they offer at the same school. Just to see what it would be like.

But now, something by far MUCH more interesting! MUSIC!

Today I discovered this girl:

Raven Zoë

Raven Zoë

She has a really beautiful and calm voice, and her album is going to be released sometime in 2010.
I found her first of all because she has covered a “A Very Potter Musical” song, and done so brilliantly!
Here is her YouTube, but if you google her, you can find her more of her stuff.

I want to promise you guys one thing:
I shall be changing my header every month, and hopefully also a new for each holliday(that I am aware of)!

Also, I did a sum up, and even though we’re just 3 days into the new year (Well, technically 4 now), I’m already starting up with a lot of new music. I might happen to be behind on much of this, but at least I’ve discovered them, right? I’ll list the music and how I found them for you. Leave a comment on what you think about these things if you know them, just checked them, or things you think I should listen to!

1. A Very Potter Musical
– My cousin’s been nagging me for months to watch this musical (Which can be found on YouTube: A Very Potter Musical (Starkid) ), a hilarious show with two acts, and 23 parts. Definately worth watching, at least if you like(or just know) the Harry Potter series/world. (Want to download the soundtrack? Click here!)

2. La Roux
– I am a huge fan of the Harry Potter series, both books and movies and of course; the actors and actresses! My most recent interest is Matthew (David) Lewis, the man behing the character Neville Longbottom. The other day I stumbled upon his YouTube account and ended up watching his movies. They’re all about this competition between him and his buddy Chris Cuzzy, and in one of the videos they’re competing in bowling. In this particulare scene, there is a song going in the background (and the bastard just wrote “I bloody love this song” but never mentioned the name of it! >__<) and someone commented with the name of the band. You’ve GOT to check them out. Here is the video, the song begins around 4:20.

3. “Starstrukk” by 3OH!3 ft. Katy Perry
– I am also a huge fan of books and vloggers/bloggers, and under this category we can find Kaleb Nation. A great author, and a really interesting internetcelebrity(not to mention: he’s quite fit too 😉 Haha!). Him, you can find on his Twitter and his YouTube channels, among other places. You should also check out his book “Bran Hambric: The Farfiels Curse“. He did a BlogTV show (for me) night to sunday January 3, and before he came on live, this song was played (partially) and everyone in my waitingroom cheered for this one to be played again.

4. Aurora
– Again, this is Kaleb Nations fault, as he posted a post about this band on one of his blogs. Actually pretty good, absolutely worth the money I payed for their album.

Alright! So, I will be posting more updates on music, movies and books, as soon as I find something more. Comment me on stuff I should post, or just input on what I already have.
